Benguela Management Advisors is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to nurturing productivity and facilitating growth for businesses. We drew our name from the ice-cold, nutrient-rich Benguela Current, which fuels an enormously productive ecosystem. Similarly, our purpose is to provide fresh perspectives and to help our clients thrive.
We are problem solvers with a relentless focus on impact. In our value- and quality-driven work, we equally combine empathy and analytics. We are grounded in facts and take a no-nonsense, no-bullshit approach and will never "fake it until we make it".
