As a mathematician, I have always had a flair for the art of clear thinking. As a consultant, what drives me is to ignite long-lasting effects in close and trusting collaboration with my clients.
For me, it's more valuable to be able to figure something out than to already know something. Accordingly, I see myself as a problem-solving partner for teams and organizations, asking the right questions and giving impulses leading the way.
Equally important to me is the support of successful implementations. This can mean improving something existing or creating something new.
As an experienced project leader, fostering not just excellence within the project team but also ensuring its growth and development over the long term is particularly close to my heart.
Marc is a senior advisor with a unique and diverse background: Trained at McKinsey, he has held leadership roles at various consultancies. He served in the leadership team of the internal consulting unit of Zurich Insurance Group. He led the ground-up development of a local insurance practice for one consultancy and the Swiss market entry for another.
He also served on the executive team of an insurance company, where he was responsible for product management, gaining direct industry experience.
In the last 20+ years, Marc has proudly served 50+ clients across Switzerland, Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, touching the entire value chain at various strategic and operational levels.
